About this Event
In the reiki healing circle we will go over a brief background of reiki and how to use energy for healing yourself, others, pets, and the world around you. For anyone who wants to, there will be time to share about yourself and your healing intentions. We will use mantras, breathing, and meditation. Once in a meditative state, reiki will be administered to each member of the group. We will close with the 5 reiki principles.
